Refund & Returns Policy
In short
Sales are final once an order ships. An order we have not yet shipped can be refunded less 10% handling, back to the original payment method, in 5–7 working days.
All sales are final and no refund will be issued therefore kindly check your order form properly and then proceed for the confirmation of the order.
However, If we have not processed your order and did not ship the order then we will refund your payment deducting 10% charges incurred for miscellaneous expenses. The Refund will be done to the same source of receipt of the payment.
Number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account will be 5-7 working days.
